Let’s talk about something we’ve been looking forward to: Evergreen & Ever After, our pop up weddings at The Studio on December 19, 2026.
If you’ve ever wished you could skip the spreadsheets, the vendor emails, and the endless decisions, and just get married surrounded by the people you love, this one’s for you.
So, what exactly is a pop up wedding?
Think of it as a fully planned, fully styled intimate wedding that “pops up” on one special day. We’ll send you one simple questionnaire, then take care of the planning and styling. On the day, you show up with your marriage licence, and we handle the rest.
While we offer options for elopements and intimate weddings all year long, this is an even more done-for-you luxe version based around a theme, with extra decor and more included in the price (in a way we could never do for every elopement we host in the studio while keeping it this affordable).
Our winter version is all lush greenery, white flowers, and candlelight. We have multiple timeslots throughout December 19, so there’s room to find one that suits you and your guests.
Why we love this idea
Our whole approach to weddings is about taking planning from stressful to joyful, and pop up weddings might be the purest version of that.
Here’s what gets us excited:
It takes the work off your plate. You get a beautiful wedding without months of coordinating vendors or worrying about the details. No to-do list. No decorating. No stress.
It’s a real celebration, not just a ceremony. If a courthouse wedding feels like too little but a full-day wedding feels like too much, this sits right in the middle. You get an officiant, flowers, custom created decor, photography, a reception, cake, and a bubbly toast.
It’s intimate on purpose. Up to 20 guests are included, and The Studio holds a maximum of 36. It’s just you, your people, and a space that’s been styled for your day.
It’s all in one place. Everything happens at The Studio, our small event venue at 534 Adelaide St N in Old East London. Your ceremony, photos, and reception all happen under one roof.
Over the last 7 years, since we started hosting elopements and intimate weddings, these have become some of our favorite days. We get to help the couple bring together a simple streamlined day with all the love and celebration, and not the stress. These pop-up weddings just take that to the next level with custom curated decor around a theme to make your day even more elegant.
Who are pop up weddings ideal for?
Evergreen & Ever After is a great fit if:
You want a wedding that’s intimate and stress-free, not a big production
You want more than a courthouse ceremony, but not the long hours of a traditional wedding day
You love the idea of a winter wedding with greenery and candlelight
You’d rather have one date, one price, and one team taking care of the details
You have a small guest list and want to celebrate with the people who matter most
What’s included?
For $2,800 + HST, you get two hours to celebrate, including:
An initial consultation and detail selection
An officiant who legally marries you and mails your paperwork
Personal flowers
Two hours of photography, with sneak peeks within 24 hours and a gallery of retouched digital images within two weeks
A one-hour reception with your choice of charcuterie, sushi, or sandwiches (dietary restrictions can be accommodated)
Cake
A sparkling wine toast
Music of your choice, either your favourite songs and genre or your own playlist played over our Google speakers
Up to 20 guests (you can add more, up to 36 total, with a per-person cost based on your food and drink selections)
A 50% deposit is due at booking.
