From October 5 to 31, The Studio by Unmistakably You in Old East London has become The Studio After Dark: an enchanted woodland with moss, candlelight, creeping vines, moody little details, and one dramatic woodland backdrop. Around every corner, there's something to discover.
The best part? The décor is already done. You book the Studio, bring your people, and let the setting do some of the work for you.
If you're wondering what you could actually do with a space like this, here are a few ideas.
1. An Enchanted Elopement
If you've always dreamed of a ceremony that feels like a fairytale (with a bit of a dark edge), this is it. On October 30 (evening times available) and October 31, our Enchanted Elopement is $300 plus HST and includes a warm, personal officiant, professional photography (10 edited images), a champagne toast, and a touch of magic. It's for you and up to 10 guests, and you bring the marriage license.

2. A Witchy Wedding
Not everyone wants a traditional wedding day, and honestly, we love that. If your style leans more candlelit and mystical than chandeliers and centrepieces, a witchy wedding in the woodland setting could be unmistakably you. The Studio holds 36 guests seated at tables and chairs, so it works beautifully for an intimate celebration with the people who matter most.

3. A Wedding Shower with a Little Edge
Showers are about celebrating the love of your life, and nobody said that celebration has to be sweet and pastel. Gather your favourite people around the tables, surrounded by moss and candlelight, and make it a shower they'll still be talking about.

A new family member is on the way, so why not celebrate somewhere that feels a little enchanted? With seating for up to 36, there's room for the whole crew, and the setting is already taken care of. You just bring the guests and the good wishes.

What It Costs and How to Book
Studio rentals start at $450 for up to 5 hours, and the Studio After Dark décor is included with any October event booking. Seating is for 36 guests at tables and chairs, or up to 50 for a standing cocktail-style event. The Studio is by appointment only, and dates are limited, so reach out early to ask what's available.
