I have been there. When I was engaged (before becoming a planner), I watched every spare second of my time being consumed by research, meetings, spreadsheets, vendor comparisons, and scouring the internet trying to figure out which photographer/caterer/DJ/florist was really the best match for my fiance and I.
I've learned that it doesn't have to be that way. Imagine yourself reclaiming your spare time - going out to dinner with friends, curling up with a glass of wine and a movie on Friday night, shopping with your sister. You could replace your sense of anxiety with the peace of mind of knowing you're making the right choices for your wedding, you're not missing deadlines, and no detail will be overlooked.
