Your Day Rental — Starting at $450
Book the space and it comes ready. Here's what's included:
● Up to 5 hours in the space
● Free parking for you and your guests in the shared parking lot

● Choice of Simple backdrops and artificial florals
● Use of the whole multi-room space
● An on-site coordinator, there to answer questions and help things run smoothly

Why We Started The Studio
We've been planning weddings for a long time, and somewhere along the way, we noticed something: the biggest, most beautiful venues weren't always what people needed.
During the pandemic, celebrations got smaller. Guest lists shrank. And what we found is that we loved it — the closeness, the smaller rooms, the way it felt when the people who mattered most were the only ones in the room.
That's what The Studio came from. Not a gap in the market we spotted from a distance, but a kind of celebration we fell in love with hosting. Getting-ready mornings. Small showers. Anniversary dinners for two families instead of two hundred guests. The moments that don't need a ballroom — they need a room that feels like it was made for exactly the people in it.
We built The Studio for that. A space that's warm without trying too hard, private without feeling closed off, and flexible enough to hold whatever you're celebrating — big feeling, small guest list.

Can I bring in my own caterer or vendors?
Yes. Bring in whoever you want — your own caterer, decorator, florist, whoever fits your vision. It's your celebration.
What about alcohol?
Your choice. We can set up a simple bar for you, you can bring in your own bartending service, or you can run your own bar with the proper permits.

A 3 room space (+ dedicated bathroom) designed for celebration.
Comfortably host up to 36 guests seated at tables, or up to 50 standing for a cocktail-style event
Standard rentals start at up to 5 hours with your day rental (including your own setup and tear down).
Need more time? Additional hours are available starting at $75/hr.
Totally up to you. Bring in your own decor and details, or add on coffee, charcuterie, cake, and more — and just show up as a guest. We are always here to help figure out what works for you and your unique celebration.
Tables and chairs arranged how you want, linens in black, white, or gray, a backdrop with artificial florals, use of the kitchenette (counter + sink area) to prep, free parking, and an on-site coordinator.
Totally online process that allows you to digitally sign your contract and add on some of our most popular items to your invoice.
A 50% deposit holds your date, with the remaining balance due 14 days before your event.
Your deposit is non-refundable, but your date can be moved with 30+ days notice — just reach out and we'll work it out with you.
