Our one-on-one training programs are completely personalized to meet the unique needs of our clients. Each new member will be welcomed with a longer first training session where we’ll set your fitness goals, come up with an action plan and get measurements. We’ll also offer nutritional counselling to make sure that you are equipped to meet your goals not only in the studio but at home too!

 

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM A TRAINING SESSION:

Our one-on-one sessions are 50 minutes long with a 5 minute warm up and a 5 minute cool down.  You’ll either have a full-body workout or a targeted workout depending on your fitness goals. While we are equipment-free, we do utilize items such as: free weights, platform stepper, kettle balls, slam balls, and workout balls.

 

WHO CAN BENEFIT?

If you feel stuck in your workout routine, want to upgrade your home workout routine are pre, post or currently pregnant or just want to get fit.

 

PACKAGES:

 

Three Session Package: $135.00 + HST

 

Six Session Package: $240.00 + HST

 

Nine Session Package: $360.00 + HST

 

Twelve Session Package: $420.00 + HST
