Bring your friends or come alone and Join 10 women in our studio for our small group bootcamp programs. This is for anyone who wants to get fit in a judgement-free environment and would rather workout with lots of laughs!

 

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM A BOOTCAMP:

You’ll have 50 minutes of training where we’ll focus on building your upper and lower body strength, using free weights, platform steppers, kettle bells and more. In our bootcamps you’ll learn how to move more efficiently and effectively.

 

WHO CAN BENEFIT?

Anyone who wants a fun atmosphere to workout and get fit with friends or meet new ones along the way.

  • Six-Week Kick-Start: Join us for any six bootcamps within a 6-week span: $85.00 + HST
  • Six-Week Overhaul: Join us for any 12 classes within a six-week span: $165 per person + HST
  • We also offer Recharge Yoga Classes for $17 + HST per hour
