ALL THE DETAILS...

Bring your friends or come alone and join up to 8 people in our studio for our small group bootcamp programs. This is for anyone who wants to get fit in a judgement-free environment and would rather work out with lots of laughs!

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM A BOOTCAMP:

You’ll have 50 minutes of training where we’ll focus on building your upper and lower body strength, using free weights, platform steppers, kettle bells and more.  Our small group atmosphere allows a greater focus on correct form to avoid injury and maximize results!

WHO CAN BENEFIT?

Anyone who wants a fun atmosphere to work out and get fit with friends or meet new ones along the way.
