wedding, but we couldn’t have had such a wonderful day without your
help! As a very Type A, control-requiring Bride, I knew our wedding day
was going to be a challenge for me. When we contacted you about
helping guide us as the day came closer, I knew our wedding was in safe
hands. At each of our pre-wedding meetings you proved to have the same
eye for detail and high standards that I do, which put my mind at ease.
When I found myself stuck for an idea of how to handle our dance floor,
you had not one but 7 suggestions that week. Amazing! We were so
blessed to have someone like yourself running the show as it wasn’t a
simple one to manage. Ceremony musicians, an 18 piece live band, 3
different iPod playlists, ceremony on one floor, reception on another...
and at least 50+ personalized details. I worried it would be a big
challenge, but I knew our wedding was in very capable hands. I was
proven right when I arrived at our venue at 4pm, having not seen it all
day. I can’t get over how perfectly you captured and created our vision
for our Vintage Music wedding. Every detail was part of the big
picture, and picture perfect it was! We can’t thank you enough for your

"When we started planning our wedding we decided it would be a good idea
to hire a day of coordinator so that no one in the family would be run
off their feet. Thankfully, we found Amy - who loves to make things
perfect for everyone. She was there every step of the way for our
special day. Amy made sure that the men were ready (we all now how
difficult that can be!) and even when there was a "flower snafu" she
saved the day by making sure that everything was completed and taken to
the correct location.
Amy was there to make sure everyone was
ready to walk down the aisle - complete with her emergency kit just in
case something, anything, happened! She really knows how to make sure
people get hitched without a hitch!
Amy even sent us off for pictures with cool beverages and snacks to get us through the hot, steamy July weather!
She
always went over and above to make sure we were happy at the reception

"Best money we spent! We were hesitant to use a coordinator, as we were trying to keep expenses down, but Amy's price was great (she should charge more for what she does, but its great that she's so reasonably priced). Amy went above and beyond, from recommending vendors (and the one we used was great), to helping us to stay organized. On the day of our wedding, she took care of everything, making sure that my fiance (now husband) and I were able to relax and enjoy our day. She even made a trip to the store for us when we were about to run out of something during the reception!! I have had multiple people who attended comment on how great she was, and one even wanted to get her contact info for when she gets married! Without a doubt, I 100% recommend Amy as a fabulous wedding coordinator. "AMAZING to work with. Came up with like 5 variations of our invites and was uber patient with me. Her designs are great, I was picky lol. After we clicked on a design we were both happy with, the rest of the stationery was a breeze! Amy did our invites, aisle runner, table names, favour tags, place cards, and various little poems. Everyone loved them and they were so pretty. I plan to scrapbook them cuz I just love em! Amy is amazing to work with and affordable! And at the eleventh hour when I misplaced a table name, she sent one ASAP so my tables were all uniform and gorgeous! Amy, you are amazing! A++++++"
